Paper Feeding Depart
Adopt integral cylinder lifting mechanism,easy to operate;The left and right sides of the baffle,with the product style left and right to adjust;The paper feeding part is equipped with a paper knife to adjust the asymmetric length according to the real sample.The suction strength is controlled by the suction switch;The integral coordination completes the fast speed simple continuous automatic correct feed paper.
Gluing Depart
The mechanical upper gluing tube is easy to operate,and the lower gluing tube is specially designed to accurately control the gluing amount,so as to ensure no gluing during high-speed operation.Easy to disassemble and clean.The rubber wheel is made of high quality stainless steel,which is not easy to be deformed.
Pre-Fold Depart
The folding part in advance adopts the lengthened model to truly realize the folding in advance of the carton at the first line of 180° and the third line of 135°,which is convenient for the carton to be opened quickly after stable folding in advance.
Lock Bottom Part
The bottom of the lock is removable with three plates,which can meet the requirements of various special-shaped boxes.The modular lock bottom unit reduces the adjustment time of changing orders.Equipped with four sets of high elastic hook seat and bottom box module; The base and hopper are made of high quality pure copper material,simple and practical in design,convenient for gluing the bottom part of the lock.
Folding Depart
The upper roller belt of the folding part increases the power separately to prevent the belt from slipping.Specially designed drive trapezoid wheel to correct deviation and adjust speed,in line with various adjustment operations,fast and convenient,so that the box sample can be closed accurately,away from the trumpet.The adjustment size is adjusted by motor,which is more accurate and convenient.
The Press Depart
The long distance upper and lower belt design can prolong the bonding time of carton and improve the bonding quality of carton.Full pneumatic pressure,one-button adjustment device,more convenient adjustment;The operator can adjust the belt speed according to the packing requirement.
Conveyor Depart
The conveying department adopts the belt imported from Switzerland,which is soft and moderate,and will not crush the finished product with the sponge belt.The whole conveying department can be moved back and forth,balanced pressing,neat conveying to ensure perfect quality.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.

If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
